Exclusive Use, Intimate Scale

The Locanda is reserved for one group at a time.

With a maximum in-house capacity of 14 guests, the lodge is intentionally scaled to support depth, presence and focused work.

For larger groups, additional rooms are available through neighboring accommodations just 50 meters away — allowing the house to host up to 26 participants while maintaining its intimate atmosphere.

The event room

A 50 sqm room set beneath exposed timber beams, filled with natural light throughout the day.

Its proportions allow for flexible configurations — from open movement layouts to seated workshops or collaborative table setups. The scale keeps groups connected while allowing enough room to work comfortably.

The space is regularly used for: Yoga and movement practices; Meditation and mindfulness sessions; Creative workshops; Study programs; Teacher trainings; Strategy sessions; Leadership offsites.

Accommodation

Participants stay in comfortable rooms designed for rest between sessions.

The house offers:

2 double rooms
4 twin rooms
1 dedicated facilitator room

Total in-house capacity: up to 14 guests.

All rooms are reserved exclusively for your group.

Additional Lodging:

For larger groups, additional accommodation is available through neighboring houses just 50 meters away.

This allows the Locanda to host up to 26 participants while maintaining the intimacy of the main house.

Food & Kitchen

Groups staying at the Locanda may choose between in-house catering or independent use of the professional kitchen.

For groups of 8 participants or more, we offer two catering formats designed to align with the rhythm of your program:

Half Board — Brunch and dinner served communally, including daytime snacks.
Full Board — Brunch, light lunch, dinner and snacks, allowing your group to remain fully present on-site throughout the stay.

All meals are prepared in-house, structured around your schedule and adaptable to dietary requirements. Dining remains exclusive to your group and forms part of the shared experience of the house.

For groups seeking greater autonomy, the professional kitchen may also be rented for independent use, with the option to bring your own chef.

Location & Local Activities

The Locanda is located in Osco, in the Leventina Valley, approximately 2 hours from Zurich and easily accessible by train or car.

Despite its accessibility, the setting offers full immersion in alpine nature — forests, open views and a quiet village atmosphere that creates distance from routine without isolation.

Between Sessions

The surrounding landscape naturally extends the experience of the house. Groups can incorporate time outdoors through:

Waterfall visits
Swimming in nearby rivers during warmer months
Forest walks and alpine trails
Outdoor movement or reflection sessions
Seasonal mountain excursions

The environment supports focus during the day and decompression in the margins — without requiring structured programming.

Pricing

Rates are structured per night for exclusive use of the entire house, independent of the number of participants.

Prices vary according to season and month.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in from 15:00
Check-out by 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon availability and for an additional fee.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
